Privacy Policy

Effective October 27, 2026

Triuna Labs, Inc. ("Triuna Labs," "we," "us") builds software products, including Fold and PromptCharter, available at triunalabs.com and related subdomains (the "Services"). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Scan to Comprehend research tool

The public Scan to Comprehend audit accepts one public HTTPS page URL, an HTML file, or pasted HTML. Files and pasted HTML are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to Triuna Labs. For a URL, our hosting function checks the domain with Google Public DNS, checks the site's robots rules, and retrieves its initial HTML. A visual audit also opens the public page in an isolated Cloudflare browser at desktop and mobile sizes, retrieves permitted page resources, and returns screenshots, element measurements, and accessibility and keyboard evidence to you. The destination site and its resource providers may record these requests. The function does not save the submitted URL, HTML, or resulting report in application storage, and its application log contains only a request identifier, outcome, status, counts, and duration. Shared usage counters and a short-lived concurrency lease are stored without page content or target URLs. No uploaded HTML, screenshots, or page text is used to train a model. Hosting infrastructure may still record standard technical logs described above. JSON and PDF exports are saved only where you choose on your device. The optional local playground saves reports and page evidence on your computer until you remove them.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that run our infrastructure, each under their own contractual and legal obligations:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Triuna Labs, our users, or others. Disclosure to providers happens over encrypted connections as part of operating the Services.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

Retention

We keep account information and content for as long as your account is active. When you cancel or ask us to delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except records we must retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@triunalabs.com. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA; we honor those requests through the same address. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
